Anaconda Universal Products offers the following Returns Policy:
We offer a 14-Day Return Guarantee. Items broken or not working upon arrival may be returned for replacement or refund (our option) within 14 days after delivery date. Shipping charges to return an item must be prepaid & are non-refundable. All returned items must have an RMA# marked on the outside of package. To receive an RMA# for your return, please call 805-579-9292 (M-F 9am-6pm PST).
All our keyless lock systems are covered by a 1-year limited parts-only warranty. If a keyless lock fails within 1-year of purchase, a replacement for the defective part will be provided at no charge. All other items, including power tools, carry a 90-day "repair or replace" warranty. Shipping charges for replacement parts are not included in the warranty and must be paid by buyer prior to shipment of any repair parts. The warranty does not apply to failure due to misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. Warranty period begins on the date of purchase. When calling to return an item, please have your original order information available.
